Prime4Lyfe is 100% remote, giving you maximum flexibility. You’ll get access to a dedicated mobile app, personalized 1:1 coaching calls (via Zoom or phone), and ongoing support through our private client community and messaging platform. We tailor the communication and support to your schedule, so consistency is never a barrier.

1:1 Accountability Coach

Both Austin and Mel are certified personal trainers, holding multiple special certificates and years of fitness experience. Our teamwork behind the scenes ensures every client has the very best support you can find.

Prime4lyfe App

Your dashboard will have your custom nutrition plan, training plan (where you can log progress and performance), weight/body data, daily goals to check off, and other features that make your plan simple to follow. We are able to see all of your data to monitor your results and hold you accountable—so nothing slips through the cracks.

Communication

We stay connected with you through 1:1 Zoom coaching calls, in-app messaging, a Community Message board, and Social Media group which will ensure you are covered 24/7.

Nutrition and Training Plans

No templates. No BS. Every plan is built around you—your goals, body type, schedule, preferences, experience, equipment access, and lifestyle. Once you commit and follow the steps, results are inevitable - trust the process. Due to our in-depth onboarding process, we only accept a limited number of clients at a time. We specifically tailor workouts to be quick and effective so you can get moving with your day. We’ll structure a plan that works with your day—not against it.

We will regularly ask for your feedback and adjust to what works best for you. Our goal is to make sure you feel supported, heard, and on the right path.

We guarantee it will work for you, but it’s important to understand we are 50% of this process. The other 50% is you and your buy in. These systems are proven ways to burn fat and build muscle to look and feel better. The only way this won’t work for you is if your goals aren’t in line with this. This is why we do a zoom call with all of our clients beforehand. Example: If you’re trying to find a coach to prepare you for the Boston Marathon, we will let you know we’re not a good fit to coach you.

This can vary depending on goals, but most clients start with a 16 week program. Most clients also sign up for more time while they are in the program. Why? We gain their trust with results, support, and the structure we provide.

Gym trainers may give you a few workouts a week—but you’re limited to their schedule, and most don’t offer nutrition support or daily accountability. With us, you get a full system, around-the-clock support, and a plan that adjusts to your life.

We do not have a cookie cutter program, it’s not templated or a month-to-month app. The total investment depends on the level of support / length of program. Everyone has varying goals so this would be something we can chat with you about after #1, you / we feel the program is a good fit for you, and #2, determine what you need as far as support and what length of time you sign up for.

1) Our clients are busy parents from all over the country (Not typically millionaires)

2) Our program investment is typically less than working with a 1:1 personal trainer on a regular basis.
